🗓 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Items Received
    The products delivered do not match the items you ordered.

  • Defective Products
    The items exhibit manufacturing defects or functional issues upon arrival.

  • Transit Damage
    The products were visibly damaged during shipping or handling.

  • Lost Shipments
    Your order did not arrive due to loss during transit, as confirmed by the courier.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return


🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at olaaltane@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the return process

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


⚠️ Reporting Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly — either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
